Blonde Crow Rose

Our Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir grapes, harvested from the family home-block vineyard in Porongurup. The old ironstone gravel soils of this subregion are well suited to viticulture and have proven this since we first planted in 1989.

COLOUR:

Super pretty, very pale pink with a touch of orange blush.

AROMA:

Very subtle perfumed fruits on the nose; a touch of cherry with a hint of fennel/aniseed and an intriguing spicy incense character.

PALATE:

Very textural on the palate; it is delicately flavoured while still being quite complex. There’s a hint of cherry ripe along with dark berries and it has a fabulously long dry finish. Would be delicious with or without food.
