Blonde Crow Sangiovese

The newest kid on the block Sangiovese from Frankland River. The wine embodies its region, basking in the warm, dry ripening conditions.

Once harvested, it was crushed and fermented on skins for a week. It was pressed into older oak for 9 months before being bottled in December 2022, sans fining and filtration.

With its briar fruits and savoury dark cherry flavours, it’s bright and vibrant, balanced perfectly with gentle, lightly drying tannins
